Arma Voluptatis accepts payments by most major cards via PayPal & PayPal.

orders are debited at the time an order is placed.

DELIVERY

orders are processed in 1 - 3 business days.

collection items ship 2 - 4 weeks after confirmation. please refer to product pages for individual lead times.

bespoke items take from 2 weeks in addition to standard timelines.

should You need the pieces urgently, please contact us prior to placing an order with your location to confirm best possible dates.

orders are shipped from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with complimentary express shipping on all orders of value above 300$. shipping fee for orders of value below 300$ is 45$.

packages take approximately 1-3 days to arrive to Asia, 4-7 days to the rest of the world.

for your protection, orders are shipped requiring direct signature, we do not ship to postal boxes and once an order has shipped, it can not be re-routed.

Arma Voluptatis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier, holidays or natural disasters or any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

REPAIRS

Arma Voluptatis provides repairs free of charge if a piece breaks under normal wearing conditions for the first twenty four months since the purchase date.

repair services are available for cases outside of our policy.

RETURNS

all Arma Voluptatis pieces are handcrafted-to-order with exacting attention to detail exclusively for You, please note returns or exchanges are not available.
